Do technicians need a computer?

No. FoxFix runs in the browser on phones and tablets, so check-in, photos and signatures happen right next to the car.

Does every job have to start from a quote?

No. Create a job directly or convert an accepted quote. When you convert, the customer, vehicle and line items carry over.

How do I send the photos to the customer?

Download all photos from a job as one ZIP file and send it to the customer however you usually do.
