Fox, your AI assistant

Ask Fox. Get the answer, not a spreadsheet.

How many PPF jobs did you do in September? Who has the most open quotes? Fox answers from your company's data, in your language. No spreadsheets, no exports.

Fox, your AI assistant

Which finished jobs haven't been invoiced yet?

Three. The oldest is the Ford Focus ST you handed back on Tuesday.

And which leads are still waiting for a reply this week?

Ask Fox…Open jobs

The answer is in your data. Nobody has time to dig

Finding out what last month's jobs brought in means clicking through several reports or exporting a spreadsheet. So those questions simply never get asked.

Ask in plain language

Type the question the way you would ask a colleague. Fox replies in the language you asked in.

Answers from your own data

Fox works with the jobs, revenue, leads and other data of the company you are signed in to.

Supplier invoices into stock

Fox reads an incoming invoice and prepares the lines for goods in. All you do is check them. Inventory comes with the Profi plan and above.

Runs in the EU, no training

Fox runs on Amazon Bedrock with Anthropic Claude models in the EU. Your data is never used to train models.

How Fox works

  • Replies in the language you ask in

  • Anthropic Claude models via Amazon Bedrock in the EU

  • AI credits included: 100, 1,000 or 5,000 a month

Questions we hear most.

What are AI credits?

Fox's work is counted in AI credits. Start includes 100 a month, Profi 1,000 and Business 5,000.

Where does my data go?

Requests are handled by Anthropic Claude models via Amazon Bedrock in the EU. Your data is never used to train models.

Can Fox get things wrong?

Yes, like any language model. Double-check important figures in your reports. You always review lines read from an invoice before you book them in.

Ask Fox your first question

In the demo you will see Fox answer questions about jobs and revenue, and read a supplier invoice.
