Billing, VAT and the trial
Why do you need my card at the start of the trial?
So your subscription carries on without a gap after 14 days. You pay nothing during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends, you won't be charged. Otherwise, the first payment is taken automatically after 14 days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, whenever you like. An upgrade takes effect straight away and you only pay the pro-rata difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade applies from your next billing period.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year for ten months and use FoxFix for twelve. That's two months free.
How do VAT and invoices work?
Prices exclude VAT. Czech businesses pay 21% VAT on top, EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge, and no VAT is charged outside the EU. You pay by card and receive your invoice by email.
What if I need more users?
Every plan includes a set number of users. You can add more at any time for the monthly fee shown in the price list. For larger groups of companies, there's Multi-site.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We keep it for 90 days. During that time we'll send you an export on request: just email info@fox-fix.com. After that, your data is permanently deleted.
