Body and paint

Every repair backed by photos, every quote with options

Bodywork repairs take days or weeks, and the price is often up for discussion. FoxFix gives you a damage diagram, photos, a quote with options and a clear job status for the whole repair.

Where body shops lose time and money

Damage nobody can agree on

What was on the car at check-in, and what happened in your workshop? Without a diagram and photos, it is hard to prove either way.

Quotes that keep getting rewritten

Repair the panel or replace it? The customer wants to see both, and you don't want to write two quotes.

A car standing for a week, and nobody knows why

Waiting for a part, for the paint booth, for approval. Long jobs go missing when their status isn't visible.

How a body shop runs a job in FoxFix

  1. 1

    Inspection

Mark the damage on the vehicle diagram and photograph the car against the checklist. The customer confirms check-in with a signature on screen.

  2. 2

    Quote

Send a PDF with option A and option B, for example repair and replace. If the customer declines, record the reason.

  3. 3

    Repair

Turn the approved quote into a job. Statuses and tasks show where the repair stands, and the calendar keeps an eye on the planned completion date.

  4. 4

    Handover and claims

Raise the invoice from the job. If the customer comes back with a warranty claim, log it as a claim job and see it separately in your reports.

Questions we hear most.

Does FoxFix connect to insurers?

There is no direct link to insurance companies. Your quote is a PDF and the photos sit in the job gallery, so you can send both to anyone.

Can I see all the photos for a job in one place?

Yes. Check-in photos and any further photos for the job sit in its gallery, and you can give the customer a ZIP download.

How are warranty claims recorded?

You create the claim as a job of the claim type, linked to the car and the customer. Reports show claims separately from regular jobs.
